Our Mission
Creston Valley Osteopathy is dedicated to providing osteopathic manual therapy for individuals of all ages and walks of life, to help you achieve optimal overall health and well-being. We believe in individualized care and effective treatment plans tailored to your specific needs and goals.
As an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner, my goal is to create space for the nerves, and the flow of blood and lymphatic fluids, which creates an environment for the body to start its healing process. This is accomplished by an assessment and treatment of the body as a whole, to create alignment through its structures, like the bony framework, the soft tissue layers as well as the ligamentous layer, creating harmony through all structures and functions of the body.
What is Classical Osteopathy?

Classical Osteopathy is a hands on manual therapy that uses principles set forth by its founder, Andrew Taylor Still in 1874. Osteopathy looks at the body as a whole, through all layers of tissues and all structures of the body. As an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner we facilitate the environment of the body to allow for its self healing and self regulating properties to take place to start the healing process.
